The Vegan Diaries: Day 4

Hello feMAILs! Yesterday was a long and busy day for Lindsay and a long and lazy day for me. Lindsay worked late so I heated up her My Vegan Gold leftovers for her when she got home. Then she made some avocado toast too. I pretty much snacked all day. I had oatmeal for breakfast and lots of fruit throughout the day; grapefruit, plums, and grapes. Some clif bars for protein, and another gallon of water. Then for dinner I ordered sushi. I always crave sushi when it's hot outside. I had some cucumber rolls, grilled asparagus, and edamame. I think it's the most green I've ever eaten in one sitting. It was refreshingly delicious. Check in tomorrow to see what we have planned for St. Patrick's Day!
